As the oldest and largest Track and Field event in the US, The Penn Relays are a unique and special part of US Track culture.
The storied event is the most attended Track and Field event in the world outside of the Olympic Games and World Championships.
The Penn Relays have been run on Rekortan since 1988
Over 35 years our track has seen it all; from the emergence of high school super stars like Usain Bolt, Yohan Blake, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Elaine Thompson-Herah to the legendary carnival of 100,000 fans who turn out to support the event every year.

Rekortan Gel is the world’s only gel track. Trillions of liquid nano-bubbles in the gel layer act like a network of microscopic springs. The nano-bubbles compress under force for athlete comfort, then return to shape to PING the athlete forward at toe-off.
