An Innovative Partnership
Polytan, a member of Sport Group, has been the Official Surfacing Partner of England Athletics since 2020, and as Polytan’s global running track brand, Rekortan is at the front and centre of that partnership.
England Athletics is the development body for grassroots athletics and running in England, supporting 1,650 affiliated clubs and organisations which have more than 293 running tracks between them. From school sports days to major events, athletics is woven into British culture alongside the names of its many greats from Seb Coe to Dina Asher-Smith. Our partnership with England Athletics also runs deeper than surface level.

Beyond today’s tracks
With the goal of raising the athlete’s experience and increasing participation, Polytan and Rekortan are working in collaboration with England Athletics to improve the standards and quality of the facilities provided for athletes from grassroots through to Diamond League.
